Shandong XX Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and specialized in machinery processing and recycling of production-related waste metal. When processing steel plate offcuts, the company needed to process the materials twice in advance and sort them again during loading, which resulted in high costs and low efficiency. To overcome bottlenecks in their steel scrap processing and improve the competitiveness of their yards, the company purchased our step-type multi-blade shear, and applied the advantages (such as: one-cut into multiple pieces, and one-cut forming) of the shear to reduce their processing cost from 60 yuan/ton to 30 yuan/ton. Moreover, the forming precision of material was greatly improved, eliminating the need for additional sorting during loading.
