Client Introduction:

Jiangsu XX Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and mainly specialized in recycling, cutting, pelletizing, shredding, baling and other business involved with steel scraps.   Before the March 2023, the scrap yard processed over 1,000 tons of ship plate scraps only every month as they can only use the oxygen cutting, which is disadvantaged by low efficiency and low production capacity, high processing cost and small profit space.  In March 2023, the company introduced one set of 800T step-type multi-blade shear. In the first month upon putting into use, the processing volume reached 3000 tons, saving a half of processing costs.  The reduction of processing cost allowed the increasing of purchasing price. Up to the end of 2023, the scrap yard collected about 6,000 tons of waste ship plates every month, and the ship plate scraps became the one of the main sources of profit. In November 2023, the company signed the strategic cooperation agreement with ZONKIN, and renewed the order of one step-type multi-blade shear and two hydraulic rebar shredders.
