Client Introduction:

Jiangsu XX Renewable Resources Recycling Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and mainly specialized in recycling, cutting, pelletizing, shredding, baling and other business involved with steel scraps.   Before March 2023, the client's scrap yard handled over a thousand tons of ship plate scraps per month, but due to reliance on oxygen cutting, their processing efficiency was low, costs were high, and profit margins were tight.  In March 2023, the company introduced an 800T step-type multi-blade shear. In the first month of operation, the processing volume of ship plate scraps reached 3,000 tons, while processing costs were reduced by about half. The reduction of processing cost allowed the increasing of purchasing price. Up to the end of 2023, the scrap yard collected about 6,000 tons of waste ship plates every month, and the ship plate scraps became the one of the main sources of profit. In November 2023, the company signed the strategic cooperation agreement with ZONKIN, and renewed the order of one step-type multi-blade shear and two hydraulic rebar shredders.
